Availability

The majority of our product range is available in stock and ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We constantly strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible within 2 to 4 business days. Of course, our delivery services are always trying to deliver the shipment as soon as possible. Nevertheless, please understand if there are delays in delivery from time to time.
 

Shipping and transport

Shipping is usually via the Swiss Post or the parcel service providers DPD and DHL as a Priority package. We charge a delivery fee of only CHF 9.90.
 

Palettes, oversized packages and bulky goods over 30 kg

Particularly heavy goods and oversized packages are delivered with a forwarding company on palettes. The forwarding company will make an appointment with you to schedule delivery. Please state in the order process a telephone number, which is certainly accessible to someone. If no one can be reached by telephone, we will contact you by Email and ask for contact. Please note that the delivery of palettes only takes place up to the curb, exceptions are indicated directly at the product. Depending on the order situation at the forwarding company, the effective delivery time can deviate from our delivery time specification in the onlineshop. We charge a bulky goods delivery cost share of only CHF 79.00.
 

Refund policy

Adexa GmbH grants its customers a return right within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch. After the expiry of this period, a return is no longer possible. The customer bears the full costs for the return and the risk of faulty return (goods damaged or lost during return).

A credit note can only be returned if:
  • The items are in the unopened original packaging
  • The original packaging has not been blended, glued or damaged and is in perfect condition
  • Our shipping date of the order is not older than 14 calendar days

A return will only take place after the goods inspection by Adexa GmbH, it can not be guaranteed. If the item does not meet the above requirements, a processing fee will be billed or deducted from the credit note. This fee is at least 20% of the purchase price and is used to cover the reduction in value or the cost of the redemption. The delivery and transaction costs incurred by Adexa GmbH will be billed or deducted from the credit note.

Excluded from the right of return are:
  • Products ordered at the customer's request
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygienically delicate items
  • Open or unsealed consumables

Pack the returned products well with an outer carton so that they are not damaged during return. Do not put address labels, postal labels or tape on the original product packaging! Enclose our delivery slip (or copy) with the return shipment with the exact reason for the return. The return shipment should be sent to:

Packaging

For environmental reasons we strive to recycle already used cardboard boxes again. We therefore ask for your understanding, should your order be delivered in a already used cardboard box. We also waive wherever possible on fill material or use it only when necessary and extremely economical.
 

Volume and fees

For orders below CHF 30.00, a low order fee of CHF 5.00 will be charged.
 

Delivery outside of Switzerland

At present only deliveries to customers within Switzerland are possible via the online shop. We do not make deliveries abroad without exception.
